2. Basic Functions:
This book case making machine can automatically feed and glue paper, delivery and position cardboard, and fold four sides in one process; there are features of accurate and quick positioning, and beautiful finished products etc. It is used to make hardcovers, notebook covers, desk calendars, hanging calendars, book-type boxes, files etc.
 
3. Functions and Characteristics
(1)Paper Gluing Unit:

1.Full-pneumatic feeder: novel design, simple construction, convenient operation. (This is the first innovation at home and it is our patented product.)

2.It adopts ultrasonic double-paper detector device for the paper conveyor.

3.Paper rectifier ensures that the paper won't deviate after being glued.Glue roller is made of finely-grinded and chromium-plated stainless steel. It is equipped with line-touched type copper doctors, more durable.

(2)Cardboard Conveying Unit

1.Our book case making machine adopts per-stacking non-stop bottom-drawn cardboard feeder, which improves the production speed.

2.Cardboard auto detector: the machine will stop and alarm while lacking one or several pieces of cardboards in conveying.

3.Soft spine device, automatically feeding and cutting soft spine.(optional)

(3)Positioning-spotting unit

1.It adopts high-precision photoelectric sensors to position the cardboards.

2.The vacuum suction fan under the conveyer belt can have the paper sucked stably.

3.Cardboard conveying employs servo motor.

4.Servo and sensor positioning device improves the precision. (optional)

5.The PLC control on-line motion.

6.The pre-press cylinder on the conveyer belt can ensure that the cardboard and paper are stuck tightly.

7.All icons control panel is easy to understand and operate.

(4)Four-edge folding unit

1.Case making machine adopts the belt to fold the left and right edge.

2.The pneumatic trimmer fixes the corner with sound folding result.

3.It adopts a to-and-fro conveyer way to fold front and back edges.

4.Mechanical folding device folds the edge like man-hand finished.

5.Multi-layer rollers pressing ensure the quality of end products without bubbles.
